ABOUT
God has placed in my heart a zeal and passion for injustice against His people. He has prepared a way for me to attend a justice movement discipleship training school (DTS) in New Zealand from this October (2019) to March.
During these 12 weeks in New Zealand, I will be studying key issues in the journey toward Biblical transformation in Vanuatu. The outreach portion of this program will give me an opportunity to engage the forgotten and hidden by working out of a Family Care Centre in Vanuatu.
Vanuatu is a nation plagued with various injustices and during my time on this South Pacific island, I’ll have the opportunity to engage this hurting nation at a personal and family level. God is working to shift the momentum of a nation, bringing light, joy, and hope to a people who have very little.
I am so excited to partner with the Living God to bring transformation to real people and real communities, as God’s justice prevails over evil.
VANUATU
Outreach Phase
Vanuatu is a nation consisting of 83 islands in the southwest Pacific Ocean, north of New Zealand. Sadly, thousands of men and woman in Vanuatu are victims of senseless violence and horrific sexual abuses.
While on outreach, I will get to work with Marine Reach’s Family Care Centre, in Port Vila, Vanuatu. During this time I will get the chance to approach justice for the forgotten and hidden people of Vanuatu through areas of justice that I am passionate about. This could be primary healthcare and education or working with the local and national government to bring changes to legislation. I am keeping my heart and prayers open as God’s plan for my outreach time is revealed.
